Reason for Hope and VMHLC File Amicus Brief to Support Rescheduling of Psilocybin

Reason for Hope and Veteran Mental Health Leadership Coalition have filed an amicus brief to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the case of DR.SUNIL AGGARWAL AND AIMS INSTITUTE, PLLC v. UNITED STATES DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION in support of rescheduling psilocybin as a Schedule II drug to facilitate medical research into the safety and efficacy of psilocybin, to facilitate critical patient access and infrastructure development through compassionate use pilot programs, and to reduce the risk of harm to Veterans and other patients.
